SONGS THAT PROPHESY 3: TESTIMONY BY BRO LESLEY N.
This experience was more of a dream, but it affected something physical.
In the dream, I was in a small bus with one long seat at the back and two seats in front—one for the driver and another for a passenger. It was just the driver and me at first, but I was seated in the back. At some point, the driver suddenly jumped out, and I was the only one left in the bus. But the bus was still moving when this being (not sure if human or beast) entered the bus and sat in the front passenger seat. So, the bus kept moving, even without a driver.
I was really terrified of the being until, from nowhere, I just began to sing our song “Children of Light.” Almost immediately, the bus reversed itself. That was when I woke up.
I didn’t really go back to pay attention to the lyrics of the song until one of the tarries we had around February 9th, 2025. Pastor began to break down the lyrics of the song, and when he mentioned “we reverse the death,” it hit me on another level. It was like the Holy Spirit brought instant meaning to the dream.
Note that I never even knew that line “reverse the death” was in that song. I didn’t really know the song back then—I might have just heard it two or three times.

Confirmations
Interestingly, when I visited Nigeria, different words came to me about how my life had been exchanged, and to some people, I should have been dead by now.
So, the bus reversing with the being inside was a sign of death being reversed. The person—the driver—who jumped out before the being entered was probably the one who had done the exchange of life. That is, my life for his.
I thank God for that song of light and the specificity of the prophetic message it conveyed and confirmed!
TESTIMONY BY SIS ANNETTE O.
In late 2023, Brother David E. was leading worship one Sunday morning while I was tuning in online from over 30 miles away. We had been worshipping for a while before he started singing our song, “Praise Looks Good on You.” I don’t remember much about how I felt until I heard the line “You have a plan, You’re not like every man.”
It suddenly felt like God was speaking directly to me. This was confirmed when I heard in my spirit, “I have a plan, you’re not a mistake.” A deep peace and joy followed—something I couldn’t explain.
This might seem ordinary, but I was a 23-year-old who had been deeply worried about my life and future, even that very morning. I had defended my project in September 2021 and written my last exam in January 2022. But suddenly, it seemed like a door had shut on my academics. There was no talk of graduation, despite all my efforts. I tried starting a business. It began well but slowly became less profitable. At home, I was constantly the subject of concern. Even my younger sister said very hurtful things about my situation.
The Battle and the Victory
Everyone was worried that I would not make any progress in life. I had made up my mind to obey and trust God and not follow the things people said and suggested, but by late 2023, I began to despair and was getting more pressured.
I was being constantly told that I would end up wasting the natural talents and gifts that I have. That fateful Sunday morning, when distracting thoughts about my present state came to mind that I couldn’t push away but succumbed to, hearing that line from the song was like seeing a rescuing rope while being trapped in an empty well.
The words that followed encouraged me and gave me strength to continue trusting the Lord and obeying Him. I graduated in less than a year after that, and without having to do anything additional, I was called to come and get my results.
Almost two years later, almost seamlessly, I started an academic program in Asia. It was nothing short of a miracle. Even the business that had failed in Nigeria thrived very well here. The comfort and strength I received from this song have not waned. I don’t know what tomorrow holds, but I am even more certain that God had plans for me even before I arrived this world. Indeed, I am not a mistake.
