If the Law is past, why does God repeatedly tell us to fulfil it?
Romans 13:8 Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
Galatians 5:14 For the whole law is fulfilled <in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Romans 13:10 Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

If the Law is past, why is there a blessing for keeping it?
James 1:25 But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.
Romans 2:13 For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified.
John 14:21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.
John 15:10 If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love.
1 John 2:7 Beloved, I am not writing to you a new commandment, but an old one, which you have had from the beginning. This commandment is the message you have heard.

If the Law is past, why is Jesus still using it to teach and bring light and understanding after His death and resurrection?
Luke 24:27 Then, beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, He interpreted for them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.
