The Turning Point in 2023
The big deliverance came two years later in June of 2023 during the series of teachings on healing and deliverance handled by pastor. The night before the last day of the program, I had a dream in which my husband told me that we were moving to a new house. I was a bit confused because we had just renewed the rent of our current accommodation, but he insisted that we were moving into a new house.
It was around that time that my husband woke me up in reality to remind me to go for the church meeting that morning which I had told him about. I wanted to go back to sleep, but he did not let me. This insistence played a major role in my healing – God had to bring us to a place where we were united.
This made me understand why I was asked to work on my home and marriage.
The Deliverance Encounter
During the deliverance session of the program, pastor began to call out demons that were tormenting God’s children. I had violent reactions when he mentioned occultic bondages, inherited family issues, and the spirit of hate. When he called out ‘Infirmity’, I felt the spirit of cancer become very angry inside me.
I remember that, in one of those sessions, the demon kept asking me why I came for the church meeting. For a moment, I could not see anything, I was like a blind woman; but after a while, pastor came to where I was, laid hands on me, rebuked and cast out the demons that were oppressing me.
The Evidence of Healing
After that day, I noticed that I did not feel pains anymore. I had to watch myself very closely, I would shake my body, jump up and down deliberately, but the pains were gone. Also, around this time, I recalled that pastor had been asking me to go for a test that I was due for, but I had not done that due to funds amongst other things which included the fact that I did not think that it was time for that. So, when it was brought back to mind, I began to consider that, perhaps, it was time for the test.
