I wish to insist that all men THINK!
Even the speech faster than you can blink
The thoughts you hold can often be the weak link
Your beliefs help you float or make you sink
Many a thing that you once read
Are light as snacks for which you paid
Everything that you hear said
Has capacity to fade
The human heart that is wise
Does more than just feed the eyes
Mental treasure chests you must prise
To arrive at the core that bears the prize!
What you understand is tightly held
United like alloys that did meld From two metals in a smithy's weld
This kind of knowledge can't be felled!
Thoughtless opinions everywhere abound
(Like plastic trash you find blown all around)
Witty words are not necessarily sound
So, THINK! – then you will truly stand your -ground.
