Remember now your Maker’s call,
while days are warm and your shadows still stand tall.
Remember now, while breath is fire
and your strength jumps like spires.
Remember now that the pleasures you chase
and the flesh you inflate will, in time, deflate.
Remember now that time will steal both voice and might;
so think on your offerings in this time of light.
O youth, before you is heaven’s door – to let, to serve, to adore.
